Sabine Trötschel

born 1967, lives in Hanover. Studied theater, literary communication, visual arts, education and psychology at the University of Hildesheim. Diploma in cultural education. Trained in Grotowski's theater concept and group improvisation. Various further training courses with various dance and movement teachers and in voice and singing at the Roy Heart Theatre in France. Active as a director and actress, occasionally as a festival organizer and theater pedagogue, often in international contexts. Many years of board work for the Landesverband Freier Theater Niedersachsen, LaFT e.V. and several times in the artistic direction of “Spurensuche”, the working meeting of professional independent children's and youth theater in ASSITEJ. Since 2006 in the artistic direction of the “theaterwerkstatt hannover”, since 2014 member of the “Team Theater” for the venue “Theater im Pavillon”.
